Wedding Day Preparations
- Assistance with invitation wording and seating arrangements
- Development of wedding party line-ups
- Comprehensive consultation before wedding
- Creation of day-of vendor and wedding party schedules
- Attend final meeting with caterer and walkthrough of venue
- Confirm details with vendors the week-of
Wedding Day
- Attendance at and management of rehearsal
- Assistance with set up at ceremony site
- Assistance with guest seating (programs, baskets, candles, fans, ribbons, etc.)
- Distribution of personal flowers to appropriate parties
- Emergency kit (hairspray, sewing kit, etc.)
- Help keep everyone on schedule
- Timing of the procession, bridal march, recession
- Maintaining list of desired formal pictures
- Assistance with set up at reception site (favors, guest books, menu cards, place cards, etc.)
- Directing guests to restrooms, gift table, seats, etc.
- Stay until the end to make sure gifts get sent home safely
