Event Services

Invite A Simple Wish to plan your corporate or social event for a more enjoyable, less stressful experience. We specialize in off-site meetings and parties, client appreciation events, birthday parties for all ages, Super Sweet Sixteens, Mitzvahs, and holiday parties.

Please note that travel beyond 120 miles roundtrip from our office in Ashburn, VA is $50 per hour and $1 per mile. We also require that the client provides an overnight hotel stay at or near the reception location for the rehearsal night and the wedding night. Hourly services are available at the rate of $100 per hour. For information on weddings, please view the wedding services page.

Full Planning Partial Planning
From beginning to end we are there lending our support as you explore your creative ideas and start piecing together your event. Customized to fit your needs, this package allows you to acquire planning assistance after you've already started planning your event.
Day-of Coordination    
We are there on the day of the event taking care of everything behind the scenes so that you can relax.  
Full Planning
  • 5-10 hours of one-on-one consultation
  • Venue selection
  • Venue walkthrough
  • Analysis and management of budget
  • Selection and consultation of style, theme, and décor
  • Creating design concepts and implementing them
  • Suggestion and management of all vendors
    These typically include (not limited to) caterers, photographers, videographers, musicians, florists, transportation, entertainers, decorators, cakes, chocolate fountains, favors, invitations, rentals, lighting.
  • Arrange hotel stays for out-of-town guests (if applicable)
  • Etiquette guidance
  • Provide monthly timelines and progress reports
  • Vendor payment management and reminders
  • Assistance with invitation wording and seating arrangements
  • Errands during the week of the event
  • Comprehensive consultation before event
  • Creation of day-of schedules
  • Assistance with set-up
  • Assistance with guest arrival, coat check, and seating
  • Directing guests to restrooms, tables, etc.
  • Greet vendors upon arrival and departure
  • Follow schedule and maintain timing of activities
  • Confirm details with vendors the week-of
